My Favorite Restaurant

Shushi and Noodle
“Put this place in your bucket lists. Trust me!” Jaiyen Sushi & Noodle is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago. It is Thai sushi restaurant. They have two locations. The one that I have been is on N California Avenue by Belmont and Elston streets, and another one, I have never been is on N broadway. Jaiyen Sushi & Noodle on N California has been running a food business for over seven years. They are BYOB, so you can bring your wine or beer over. They open every day 11.30 am until 10.00 pm. I can tell, this is a perfect restaurant in my bucket lists, for there are the modern decor, various food and great service. When you stepped there, you will have a casual feeling, and will be excited to see how unique sushi are and many kinds of noodle.
After I first stepped through the door at Jaiyen Shushi & Noodle, I was so excited and glad I came. I am pretty sure; you will feel like me. The restaurant has the modern décor with the clean black tables and comfortable black leather seats by the windows. The floor is black and white like a chess broad. The light is not too bright with the red neon that can make you feel warm. I like to sit at the small marble counter bar with the white chairs that match very well with the black tables, smooth seats and chess floor. The bathrooms are cleaned and divide male and female. The pleasant sound of modern songs is mixed with noise of conversation. I also like the smell of noodle soup and noodle sauce like Pad Thai or smell of curry from the kitchen that make me feel very hungry, and the food come very fast.
Foods are served with good quality. The menu is very big and so many foods. There are varieties of appetizers. For instance, crab rangoon, the cheese is very creamy, mini egg rolls are made with vegetables and pork, crispy outside and soft inside for fried calamari, tasty soft-shell crab, or many kinds of salads. If you are a fan of sushi with fresh fish, this is the right place. The fish are very fresh and big slides. Every dish is artistically and made with many kinds of sauces that make the sushi is toothsome and palatable. Many kinds of noodle are smooth and delicious. They also serve Thai food that come with steam white rice, and the dishes are very big. I always take my food home for another meal. Moreover, they have suave Thai iced tea, Thai iced coffee, hot tea, sparking drink for beverages, and mochi and green tea ice cream for deserts. A variety of food only in one place!
I always pleasantly feel good when I eat my food in there. The staffs are very nice and friendly since I stepped there through the door. They are attentive and fill water diligently. They provide the parking lot, which is shared with a couple of other business, it is in front of Beer Temple, the liquid store. So, you can grab your beer or wine from there and bring it through Jaiyen Sushi & Noodle. If you want to eat at home you can order by Uber Eat, Grubhub, Jaiyen Sushi & Noodle website or phone call, either delivery or pick up at the restaurant easily and fast. If you ordered from their website your first order will be automatically discounted twenty percent off. Subsequently, when you order over twenty dollars, you can get free some of appetizers. I really like this promotion.
If you do not have any ideas for lunch or dinner, I recommend you get over to Jaiyen Sushi & Noodle. You will feel comfortable as you stay home with the nice atmosphere, savory sushi, delicious noodles, hot and spicy Thai foods including great service in this warm place.

SONG MEMORY

First English song! "Every sha-la-la-la Every wo-o-wo-o Still shines Every shing-a-ling-a-ling That they’re startin’ to sing’s So fine." The chorus that I always memorize! When I think about Western songs, it always reminds me of a song calls “Yesterday Once More” by Carpenters. My first English song when I was the first year in a middle school. It was English class. The teacher gave us a paper of song lyrics to learn and practice. Then we sang this song in front of the class as a group. I had so much fun even though it’s kind of a sad song.  I kept practicing when I was home. My sister was seven years old. She could sing this song after she heard me sang a lot of times. Now, I’m 25. While I’m writing my song memory, “it’s yesterday once more”. I’m not sure how many times I’ll listen and sing this song on Alexa tonight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTaWayUE5XA&start_radio=1&list=RDYTaWayUE5XA&t=4
